At Jenni Kayne, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
